ABOUT KIERSTYN BORN

Kierstyn was born and raised in South Florida, later moving to Central Texas. Kierstyn's theatre journey began in junior high when she performed in her school's musical You're a Good Man Charlie Brown.

She continued to pursue acting throughout high school, but was also introduced to technical theatre. This is where she cultivated her early skills in both Stage Management and Audio Design for shows such as Something Rotten, A Monster Calls, and Carrie: The Musical.

Following high school, Kierstyn was accepted into Texas State University to major in Performance and Production with a minor in Psychology. She immediately started working in Austin.

Kierstyn graduated from Texas State University in December of 2025 with her Bachelor of Fine Arts. She plans to pursue a career in acting for Film/TV and to continue her stage work in Live Theatre.

Kierstyn is currently local to the Greater Austin Metropolitan area.
